                               RESOLUTION NO. 21275
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                  SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE WITH GTE MOBILNET OF
                  CHATTANOOGA INCORPORATED RELATIVE TO THE CELL
                  TOWER SITE AT EASTGATE.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Settlement and Release with GTE Mobilnet of
       Chattanooga Incorporated relative to the cell tower site at
       Eastgate.
